Student supply lists have been revised for the 2020-2021 school year. Supply lists have been reduced in order to ease transitions between classes.
Any upcoming 7th graders for the 20/21 School Year will be required to have an updated Tdap booster. This will require a new Form 121 showing they have received this booster. No 7th grade registration will be complete without the updated form.

Basketball Tryouts will be in August for both our boys and girls teams.

Go to the website Office365 Login.
The student's email address is the first letter of their first name, first letter of their last name, and the last six numbers in their lunch number, @dcsms.org.
For example, a student named John Smith with a lunch number of 1234567, his email would be firstname.lastname@example.org
If students have already setup and used their email in the past, they would have a password he or she created.
If they have never used their email, the password would be Welcome19 for students enrolled in 2018-19 or Welcome20 if they did not enroll at CHMS until this school year.
If this is the first time they have logged in, they will need to create a password only they know after they login for the very first time.
Go to the website http://dcsdms.org/.
Click on Tech Help Tickets.
Click Open a New Ticket.
Type your school email address (be sure to include the @dcsms.org).
Type your first and last name in the appropriate box.
If the student has a cell phone, type it. If they do not, type a parent's number. A cell phone number must be included because someone from the county office will text the number provided with the new password.
For the Help Topic box, choose "Username/Password Issues".
For Alternate email or cell phone, you may type the same cell phone you put in the first cell phone box.
For the account type box, choose "Email".
For the Choose Your School box, choose "Center Hill Middle School".
In the final box, simply type "Need password reset".
Last, click "Create Ticket".
We have increased the signal strength of the DeSoto County Schools WiFi systems. This will give students who need internet the ability to sit in the parking lot at any school and use our WiFi. They need to login to the Guest WiFi network. There is no password needed. Filtering is being done but not at the same level. We have tested all of the applications used in school and they all work.
Students who know how to login will be able to login to the regular school WiFi as they do when they are in class.
Students who do not have any access to technology or internet should call the school Tuesday through Thursday with questions they might have.
