Welcome!

I am Ms. White, and I serve as the head band director at CHMS. Our other directors include Spencer Davis (Assistant Director at CHMS and Percussion Instructor at CHHS) and Heath Hopper (Director at CHHS).

Mississippi State University- Bachelor of Music Education

William Carey University- Master of Music Education (in progress)

 K-12 Music Education with an emphasis in instrumental music 

About Me:

I grew up in a suburb of Tupelo, MS called Saltillo. I graduated from Saltillo High School in 2015 and began my journey in higher education at Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville, MS. I graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in May of 2017. I then continued my education at Mississippi State University where I was a member of the Famous Maroon Band. I loved it! It was seriously one of the best experiences of my life. 

I graduated from Mississippi State in December 2019 with a Bachelor of Music Education degree. I accepted my first job in January of 2020 at Ethel High School. I accepted my job here at Center Hill Middle in the Spring of 2022.
