6th Grade Inclusion

I received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi in 2006.  Later I returned to the University of Mississippi to the Teach Mississippi Institute to obtain my teaching licensure in English.

I began my teaching career at Byhalia High School where I taught Theater, Journalism and Creative Writing.  Upon leaving I joined Desoto County Schools as a bookkeeper at Center Hill High School and have been there for the past 3 years.

I am from Holly Springs where I graduated high school from Marshall Academy.  After graduating, I attended Delta State University where I was a member of the Kappa Delta sorority.  Later I transferred to the University of Mississippi and graduated with a degree in marketing and began working as marketing consultant for a pool company.  I then returned to the University of Mississippi and completed the Teach Mississippi Institute and obtained a teaching license.  I taught in Marshall County school district before coming to Desoto County Schools as a high school bookkeeper.  This is my first year back in the classroom and I am very excited to be back with the students!  I currently live in Red Banks and married to Paul Lindsey.  We have three boys, Colt who is 20 and works in Texas as a lineman, Brody who is 10 and in 5th grade at CHES, and Brooks who is 7 and in 2nd grade at CHES.   I look forward to an exciting school year and am proud to call myself a Mustang!!
